CeBIT '08: Asus showcases Eee PC accessories

CeBIT ’08 kicked off today and here are ASUS’ new accessories for their superbly hit ASUS Eee PC.

There is this Eee AP, where AP probably stands for ‘access point’ as it works like a 802.11g wireless access point. Then there is Ai Guru U1 VoIP phone that can be plugged using USB interface to enable making calls or else it can be used to browse and listen to music stored on your Eee PC. There is also a USB 3.5H HSDPA Card that features GSM900 / 1800 / 1900 and WCDMA2100 / 1900 / 850 and offers download speed up to 3.6 Mbps. Slim DVD-RW drive and a headsets are also there in official Eee PC lineup.

There is no info on price or about release dates but them being Eee PC accessories makes it guessable that these won’t burn hole in your pocket.
